Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using TravMe's services. These terms govern your use of our platform and the holiday packages we provide. By proceeding with any booking, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TravMe's website, mobile applications, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and TravMe ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Services

TravMe provides personalized travel planning and booking services, including but not limited to: • Custom itinerary design and consultation • Hotel and accommodation bookings • Transportation arrangements (flights, trains, cabs) • Guided tours and activity bookings • Travel documentation assistance • On-trip support and assistance Our Services act as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers including hotels, airlines, transport operators, and tour guides. We are not responsible for the direct provision of these services.

3. Bookings & Payments

When you confirm a booking through TravMe: • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment specified in your quote. • Full payment must be completed by the due date mentioned in your booking confirmation. Failure to do so may result in cancellation. • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless indicated otherwise. • Payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified during checkout. • Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed with full advance payment.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges are as follows based on the notice period before travel date: • More than 30 days: 10% of total booking value • 15–30 days: 25% of total booking value • 7–14 days: 50% of total booking value • Less than 7 days: 75–100% of total booking value (no refund for last-minute cancellations) Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment source. Certain bookings (e.g., non-refundable hotel rates, airline tickets) may have stricter cancellation terms as disclosed at the time of booking. In case of cancellation due to natural disasters, government advisories, or Force Majeure events, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a credit note.

5. Changes & Modifications

Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Requests for modifications should be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the travel date. Minor changes (travel time, room type) will be accommodated where possible at no extra charge. Major changes (destination, dates, passenger count) are treated as cancellations of the original booking with applicable charges.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

TravMe's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service involved. We are not liable for: • Acts of God, war, civil unrest, government actions, or Force Majeure • Delays or changes caused by airlines, railways, or other third-party transport providers • Loss of personal belongings during travel • Health issues, accidents, or injuries during the trip • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and baggage loss.

7. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process • Not use the Services for any unlawful purposes • Treat our staff, guides, and third-party service providers with respect • Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations at your travel destination • Not attempt to circumvent or manipulate our pricing or booking systems We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or behaves in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes amicably before pursuing legal remedies.
